We are seeking support to design and implement structured HR solutions, including organisational design, performance management systems, compliance alignment, and HR process optimisation. The objective is to build a compliant, efficient, and high-performing people framework that supports business growth and sustainability.

Equity Insights is a 100% Black female-owned HR consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses build compliant, efficient, and people-focused workplaces. We provide hands-on support across HR operations, payroll management, labour law compliance, B-BBEE, and employee relations. Our practical and solutions-driven approach enables organisations to streamline processes, ensure accurate payroll, minimise risk, and align their people strategies with business objectives.

To ensure a smooth and effective delivery, we require the following from the client prior to commencement: 1 .A signed agreement or approved scope of work 2. A clear project brief and business objectives 3. Access to relevant HR documents (e.g. contracts, policies, organograms) 4. Key stakeholder availability for discovery sessions 5. Employee data where required (for compliance or reporting purposes) 6. A designated point of contact for coordination and approvals This ensures alignment, efficiency, and the successful delivery of the project within agreed timelines.
