Eligibility and accounts
Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and have authority to submit content or act for a company.
User content and licence
Users retain ownership of lawful submitted content and grant Lead Sector a non-exclusive licence to host, format, moderate and display it for operating and promoting the platform. Users warrant that content is accurate and does not infringe rights.
Moderation and verification
Lead Sector may validate, request changes, reject, suspend, archive or remove content under published policies. Automated rules identify risk while consequential publication decisions remain subject to human review. Verification describes evidence completed and is not an endorsement.
Paid services
Prices, currency, duration and activation conditions are presented before checkout. Payment activates an eligible approved service and does not override moderation, buy a ranking or guarantee traffic, leads, interviews or sales.
Jobs and applications
Employers must publish genuine lawful opportunities and may not charge applicants. Applicants are responsible for accurate submissions. Lead Sector facilitates delivery but is not the employer or recruitment decision-maker.
Rankings and advertising
Editorial ranking position remains separate from paid visibility. Banner advertisers are responsible for lawful artwork, claims, destinations and renewal before expiry.
Business solutions
Solution scopes, deliverables, fees, ownership, support and acceptance terms are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement before delivery begins.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, impersonation, scraping that harms the service, malware, credential theft, illegal content, applicant fees, abuse, discrimination and circumvention of security are prohibited.
Availability and liability
Services are provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or dependencies. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
Indemnity
Users are responsible for claims arising from unlawful submitted content, lack of authority, infringement or misuse of the platform, subject to applicable law.
Termination
Users may stop using the service. Lead Sector may restrict or terminate access for material breach, illegality, security risk or non-payment, while retaining records required by law.
Governing law and disputes
South African law applies. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support@leadsector.co.za before using courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
Contact and changes
Material updates are dated and may be notified to account holders. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
