Copper 360 appoints CEO and CFO, changes executive responsibilities

Copper 360 appointed Gordon Thompson chief executive officer and Seten Naidoo chief financial officer, both effective September 24, 2026. The company announced the appointments on September 25.

Executive roles reassigned

Thompson previously served as chief operating officer, while Naidoo was chief revenue officer. Both relinquished those positions when they took up their new roles. Copper 360 appointed Andre Basson chief operating officer.

Board committee changes

The board also approved changes to its committee structure effective September 25, 2026. Separately, it approved in principle discontinuing the Investment Committee as a separate committee. The latter decision was an approval in principle, not a confirmed discontinuation.
