iOCO reported FY2026 revenue of R5.73 billion, up 3% on a constant-currency basis, while profit after tax rose 39% to R357 million. The stronger profit growth came as the company reported two completed acquisitions.
Earnings and outlook
FY2026 EBITDA rose 18% to R610 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 21% to R624 million. Profit after tax grew faster than revenue, although those growth rates alone do not establish whether the improvement will continue.
For FY2027, iOCO guided for EBITDA of at least R680 million, subject to its stated assumptions. That figure is company guidance rather than a reported result.
Acquisitions and recurring revenue
The company said it concluded acquisitions of MySky Group, which operates in networking and managed infrastructure, and Astraia Technology, a supplier of cloud-based business software. The deals add those business areas to iOCO’s acquisition-led growth strategy, but their longer-term contribution is not yet established.
Business Day reported that the initial MySky transaction tranche was R52 million, comprising R47 million in cash and R5 million in iOCO equity. Further performance-based consideration depends on subsequent growth targets.
iOCO said recurring revenue accounts for more than 60% of group revenue. It described that share as supporting revenue resilience and improved cash-flow visibility—relevant considerations as it pursues acquisitions, though not a measure of how the new businesses will perform.
